Little Man's 3rd Birthday (Free Printable)

Last Sunday was my little one's third birthday. I can't believe how true the "they grow so fast" phrase was. But I absolutely love how every year my little one (M) surprises me with new things that he has learned. I love it!

Since it is only the three of us here in California (my family is in Puerto Rico), I always bake some cupcakes for M and sing Happy Birthday with mu husband. This year was no different. Although this time mom and my stepfather decided to call through Skype to sing HB and see M open his gifts.

M is obsessed with a lot of characters. From Transformers, Ninja Turtles, Paw Patrol to Cars and Planes. I decided to go with the ninjas because I found these adorable TNMT cupcake wrappers and toppers from the Etsy shop MiFiesta and fell in love.

Then looking through Pinterest I found this great printable from Yellow Bliss Road. It didn't only have the letters for Happy Birthday, it has the entire alphabet so you can use it for any occasion.

I absolutely love that it is not the typical triangles and that is has chalkboard :D :D :D and, of course, the best thing: it is free.

To create the bunting just print out the document, cut around the letters you need, fold in half and glue together (I used tape) around to a piece of baker's twine :) as simple as that. Then just tie around the paper straws (or you can use cake pop sticks too).

Everyone who saw the photos of the birthday loved the simple and cute set up. Can't wait to start checking what I'll be doing for his 4th birthday… well, I already have an idea of what we are going to do *cough* Disneyland *cough*cough*… but we shall see… :)

Enjoy the printable and let me know what are you going to use it for :)
