As you all may know, I love to cook. I also like baking, but mostly sweets. My son is a fan of cupcakes, and once in a while I make him a batch for the week.
I still don't have a "healthy" cupcake recipe, featuring a veggie or a particular fruit, so if you know a great recipe let me know and I will give you credit if I try it :)
I had the chance to review these cuties. They are the Little Gems from Sunsella. It is a set of twelve (12) colorful silicone baking cups. The colors are exquisite, they are bright, so fun and cheerful.
Little Gems are high quality and BPA Free. They are made from food safe silicone and are also phthalate and lead free, and meet FDA standards.
Cleaning is easy, food doesn't stick to them, they are reusable and environmentally friendly since you reduce your amount of garbage by stopping buying the disposable liners. They are stackable so they take little space in your cabinets or pantry.
This silicone baking cups hold temperatures for up to 440 degrees Fahrenheit, and are freezer friendly too (temperatures from the -40 degrees Fahrenheit)
Their measurements are: 2.6 inches (top diameter), 1.78 inches (bottom diameter) and 1.3 inches (height)
The Little Gems by Sunsella not only can be used as cupcake liners, you can use them as food separators as seen in some bento box lunches (sadly I don't own any food containers like those so I can't show you any photos), you can make gelatin and frozen treats and also great cups to control portions when it comes to snacks.
I would recommend this product to everyone. They make great gifts and has lots of uses!
