This one is super easy! I have always made my baked potatoes this way and will never change it. This is my husband's favorite recipe :)
Simple and easy are the words I use to describe it.
You only need:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt (Coarse)
1: Preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2: Clean your potatoes' skins with a brush and dry it with a towel.
3: Poke your potatoes with a knife OR fork. This will help the steam escape from the potatoes while they're cooking.
4: Rub the potatoes with olive oil and ten sprinkle the kosher salt all around.
5: Place in baking sheet and in the oven for 30 minutes. Turn them over and then bake for 30 more minutes.
6: Insert a fork to check for doneness and serve if they are ready :)
You will get crispy skin and fluffy soft inside. I LOVE IT!
